Wtf mail delivery people? What posessed you to deliver a whole crapload of mail, as well as my pre-ordered copy of City of Bones (which I've been waiting for forever, by the way) to the front door which we never use and has a large, clear sign saying PLEASE DELIVER ALL MAIL TO SIDE DOOR. It's where the bloody mailbox is, you'd think it would make sense. Grr. What, I ask you, what would happen if my Queen's letter had been in that pile, hmm, hmmmmmm?!!! It would have been all soggy and slushy and I would be pretty pissed, that's what.
ETA: The book is relatively undamaged - and quite good, or at least all 90-something pages I've devoured so far. Simon is pretty awesome :D
So, ah, yeah, those are my plans for Saturday night!
